Simply place the ball in a refrigerator, freezer, or on ice until the desired temperature is attained.

For Massage Professionals:

Thermalball is a great tool for Massage Therapists. Professionals use Thermalball as an extension of the hands for acupressure and deep tissue massage. The “tacky” feeling encasement improves contact with the skin and conforms to the underlying muscle structure, increasing the therapeutic effect relative to the exertion expended. Instead of using the thumbs, the tactile surface allows practitioners to concentrate on intimate muscle and fiber stretching. Offers healing pressure for both practitioner and client.

Other Uses:

Parents of young children:
Use in place of an ice pack for minor bumps & bruises

Sensory Therapy:
Occupational therapists have reported using Thermalball's during sensory therapy sessions

Holiday Hangover Relief:
One too many holiday cocktails? A cold Thermalball helps to alleviate headaches and muscle aches associated with a hangover.

A gift for the person who seemingly has everything:
A unique gift which may promote laughter as well {insert ball related humor}
